I changed employer from A to B after I-485 pending longer than 180 days. My lawyer is company A's lawyer, he would not handle my case after I left company A. Now my case is pending more than 21 months, my question is if BCIS ask for RFE, do they will send a request letter to me or to my lawyer? Thanks a lot for your help.

The RFE would be sent to the lawyer. You need to inform BCIS about your new lawyer using G-28 form. Then only, your new lawyer can receive the RFE from BCIS if any.
