If you remarried in 2006 but still did not have Gren card, why did not you apply for I-485 again???? Your story is too confusing. What do you mean by "bad marriage"? Was he abusive? If yes, you should have filed I-360 then.

Aniretake,
Thank you for your inputs. First of i'm a male. I meant by bad marriage because it was arrange by the coach i was playing for at the time, so i can stay and perform for the school. Also bad because she was doing heavy drugs and heavy drinking, and one night i couldnt take anymore i called the police and i was arrested after she lied. The case was later dimmiss after the judge found out she was lying. The lawyer i had at the time told me he applied for marriage petitions but actually never did it. Now almost 3 years in my second marriage i applied for I-130, I-485, I-601, and I-765 all of them are pending right now. But with an order of deportation, i was told they will never been approved. So i'm looking for any other options. Please if you are still confused just let me know what and where you are confuse, i will try my best to explain. Again thank you for your inputs.
