Hi Everyone.

i have a couple of question, hopefully many of you can answer my question ill be more than grateful.

Im a Permanent Resident ( Green Card Holder ) since March 2005, i met this lady at my home country whom i would like to join me here at USA.

1. what is the fastest way to have her in the USA?

2. Does it makes any sense to marry her and submit the application as a Permanent resident , or should i wait until Citizenship?

1.- she applies for a student visa or work visa, you can not help her in a "fast" way.
2.- it would take 5-6 years for her (as your wife) to get a Green Card with you being a permanent resident, it would take less than 1 year as a citizen.

Her getting an H-1 or L-1 visa. There is no other fast way.

If you plan on becoming a citizen, wait until then.
