Have you found out if you have cleared name check?
When was your I-140 filed? Approved?
I am assuming you have your notice dates?
What does the USCIS status say about your case? Last LUD?

i.m from romania(retrogressed???,i dont now)cleared name check(i guess so)i got done my fingers prints(may 2006),i-140 =i dont now, i had a r1 visa since 2002.They receive my application for green card on feb 2006,and now they are processing cases received in april 2006.so it past two months and no answer,do I have to be concerned?

Follow the above link, create an ID as a customer and add your 485 receipt number to your portfolio. You would know what they mean by Last Update Date - LUD.
