I called VSC last night to check my I485 status, but AVM said that my case could not be found.
Anybody experienced this same situation?

Nothing new! Call IIO during regular business hours and ask them to update the AVM..

Yes , there is nothing new or you have no reason to worry. I filed my I-485 in November 1999, and for almost an year I got the same message that " your case was not found at this time ". I called an II and corrected this error.
