I am a first time user and here are my details..........
PD: Apr99
RD: 11/99
ND: 11/99
FP: (Scheduled for 8th March)
EB3, India
Spoke to a IIO and she mentioned that I was probably a few months away for approval. My question is, will priority dates be considered before approving 485 applications? Iknow that there are several applications with PD\'s from 97 or 98, does that mean I have to wait before those applications get cleared out? I am confused! IIO claims that I am close to a decision being made once my FP results are turned in though my PD is Apr 99, Can somebody please advise?

Yesterday I talked with IIO
 My case details: EB3 INDIA PD:05/97 RD:10/99;ND:10/99FP:08/00 No REF still waiting

IIO mentioned that they are waiting for VISA NUMBER AVAILABILITY.
Even I mentioned that PD moved to sept 1997. She said that they have not started assigning VISA NUMBER after
May 1997 PD cases under EB3. It will be taking 1-3 months to take a decision on this case...IIO is good and pleasant.

There is a rumor around that they will bring all PDS to current in august 2001
