Hi could anyone please give me an idea on about how long would it take before I am approved. PD:April 99, EB3, ND:Nov,1999.
Just recieved my FP notice (19, Feb,2001). I am sure there are quite a few cases ahead of me, I am seriously considering starting the process all over with another employer. I would love to get some feedback...

In the way things are moving now, you should be expecting sometime between 6 - 12 months. By they way is postal service working today or they send FP by any other means. Just confused. Since my ND is also Nov 1 1999.

Ranjan, thanks for the quick response! My lawyer fedex\'d the package over. What\'s your category and priority date? Have some friends over in Texas who applied later and got their passport(s) stamped. I wonder if service centers have different criteria?

Yes, each service center has own processing time. If you check the California Service center you will find how fast they are from others. But these times change we cannot judge based on present situation.
Hope this helps but check with your Lawyer.
