my fiance over stayed her f1 visa and i just found out if it was stamped F-1 D/S then she didnt actually stay here unlawfully only problem she retured to japan one yr ago and does not still have a copy ove rher i94 card so how can she find out if it was stamped so and if so woudl it be a problem for her to enter the us to visit me for a few days
