H1 Visa Stamping

HI Guys
This is a great forum, was just wondering if somebody could help me out with couple of issues:

let me fisrt explain where i stand with H1 Visa Stamping:
I have a Consuler interview in Delhi on march 2nd week. though i belong to Bangalore.
Iam B.E computers.
4 Yrs of work experince in Networking (CCNA,CCNP certified).
Been to US once on B1 Visa.
Working for a CMM level 5 company currently.

The Company which Filed H1 for me is a small consulating company based in Detroit.

Just wanted to knw what are my chances of gettng the visa??
As i belong to Bangalore, will i be sent back to chennai consulate??
Well iam very confused with section 221g..if somebody could help me abt his?
Let me know documnet list i need to carry.

Guess thats too many questions..anywyas it would nice n helpful to others too.

Any help would be truely appreciated

Since you are going to Delhi, your chances of getting H1 stamped is very high compared to Chennai.

Within India , you can apply any consulate of your choice.
 
I was in similar situation. Worked for a big company in India, but chose a small company to do H1 to enter US. I chose calcutta instead of delhi. Didn't have any problems.
