Called FBI today, they said that didn't receive finger prints from INS.
FP done on 10/8.
Will this be usual !!!???

very unusual

usually they get it the same day.

check with the office where you did your FP

How do I need to contact the center? Do we have any procedure ...

Try to get an Info Pass appointment at
http://infopass.uscis.gov/
with the purpose of "I have an Immigration Question" for the Servic center where you did your FP . Do it at least another week or two in the future( Last week in Oct- 1st Week in Nov).
Check with FBI again B4 you go and Cancel your appointment if they have received you FP

I just called them again, another rep said that, it will take 2 weeks to get the hard copy of the FP, if they took our FP manually (not computerized).
Mine they took manually!!!
