My company sponsored my GC in the year 2001 by taking a bond that I should not leave the company after a year of obtaining GC.
I got my GC in August 2003.
During the period of GC from 2001 they have stopped giving me raises (even though the client is giving them raise) and no one from the company is contacting me. I was scared to leave the company during GC because they may create problems.
Now it is almost 9 months after getting my GC. I am planning to wait for another 3 months and leave my company.
For the past 3 years they have not given me any raise.
Can you guys suggest a way to do something for the sponsoring co so that they can realise that they have harrased me.
