Help

The web page includes this line as well: "Data is currently available for applications reviewed betweeen 10/01/1996 and 12/3/2003. "

Btw, you're looking to check your permanent labor certificate application, aren't you?

Hi all ,
I got this url .............http://www.flcdatacenter.com/casesearchperm.asp
Which tells the LC status .
MY question is.....
(1) Are all application reported by this side because i couldn't find mine .
(2) Does anyone have used this site ?
Please tell me
Thanks

yes.
Our lawyer has filed our case on may 2003 . But i didn't see my status when i went through this site.
I was wondering if any one has the same experiend .
Thanks

The list I believe, is only consolidated from cases received in Regional DOLs. So, if your case is still in state SESAs, I don't think it will show up. And, it is jus a snapshot, and not updated frequently.

Mine was filed in April 2002(NJ, EB2, RIR) and I cannot find it either. I have a copy of the FedEx receipt that my company got when they mailed my LC.
Guess cases in SESA dont get into the snap shot.

You can't see your LC status in this site . Because your LC is still in state level . You check this link
http://www.shusterman.com/cgi-bin/ex-link.pl?www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp

Pakhi,
I meant I cannot find the status of my LC in the flcdatacenter's Permanent Labor Certification database - atleast not in the snap shot. Lets see if the LC info is present in the downloadable .zip.
Thanks for sending over the link.
