HELP: Wrong Priority date on approved I-140 (EB3)

My I-140 was approved on Feb 21 2005. It shows my priority date as 17 Nov 2003. But my labor was applied on 17 Jan 2003 ( Have a copy of approved labor cert with me). Has anyone faced this problem ?

You must talk to your lawyer as the PD will determine your I485 approval.

I had the same problem. My attorney is writing a letter to USCIS.

I also received 2 I140 approval notices with one showing actual labor priority date ie. september 2002 and another shows actual I140 notice date ie ctober 2004..
Lawyers said that's fine BUT both shows correct priority dates for labor and I140
