Help with affidavit of support
My wife filed for my son.....(consular processing) and me....(adjustment of status). I got my work permit and social security and i'm working, but my wife doesn't work., now we recieved the affidavit of support package and we want to fill it out, but my wife by herself doesn't meet the 125% poverty line, but i work enough, but i still haven't been approved on my AOS application, we live together and i understand that a spouse's income can be used to meet the requirements. My question is can my income be used seeing that i am not yet a LPR. I never filed taxes B4 , my wife also never did. is that going to be a problem?
