We applied for my wife's EAD renewal in Sept 2003 but did not receive so far. The temporary EAD is expiring on June 6th 2004 and BCIS declined to extend the temp EAD. We are asked to apply for a new EAD renewal. We'll be really greatful if someone can tell us how long does it takes for EAD renewal.
I see some of the postings that said one can goto San Jose/SFO BCIS, apply for EAD renewal and get the EAD in 30-60 days. Pls confirm if it is true. Also, how long does it take to get the EAD if we apply online?
