Help with my K visa situation

Hi, I am a permanent resident of the US and I have applied for my US citizenship. I have my interview on August 2009. In April 2009, I got engaged to a girl in India. I am hoping to get my citizenship by around November 2009 so I can apply for a K visa for my fiancée. Here are some questions I have:
1. Since I got engaged before I applied for my citizenship, am I still eligible to apply for a K1 visa after I get my US citizenship? I have met the criterion regarding meeting my fiancee within 2 years of applying for the K1-visa.
2. In my situation, if I can apply for K1 visa, is K1 or K3 visa the fastest in terms of getting my fiancee/spouse to join me in the US.
3. Is it valid, if after I get my US citizenship, I apply for a K1-visa for my fiancee and while it is in process, travel to India and just go ahead with an indian traditional wedding ceremony (without registering the marriage), then after my fiancee gets the K1 visa approved, she comes to US and we have a wedding in the US and register the marriage in US.

I would really appreciate your answers to my questions.

Thanks

A1: Yes, when you got engaged makes no difference.
A2: K-1 will be faster
A3: This will work as long as the ceremony is not considered a valid marriage in India.
