Help with my file

Hi Just Had Question if any one can help me. I'm trying to file for my wife to come from India. But I havent worked in last 3 years In United State nor have filed any tax returns for past 3 years. so wat should i do as for Affidavit of Support form. can i use my mother and father as primary sponcer or not?

I would really apriciate it if anyine can help me with this. (and also if any one can explain it to me step by step instruction on how to file for K-3

File your returns and ask your parents to act as your co-sponsor. The primary sponsor still has to be you.

You still need to file taxes even if you havent worked in the US for three years. Proof of filing taxes will need to be submitted with the I-134 during the K3 interview, so you need to file these.

As triple citizen has already stated, you HAVE to be the primary sponsor even if you make $0 a year....your mother and father can act as co-sponsors if they meet the requirements.
