Help with Marriage to someone with a B-2 Medical Visa from Ukraine

Hi,

I have been with my fiancé for 2 years while he has been here in America receiving treatment for Cancer. He is from Ukraine and he is in current status with his B-2 Medical visa.

We decided to get married but now what does he do? We have tried to contact Catholic Charities but they are months behind in appointments. Should i try to fill out the forms myself? If so what forms should we fill out?

Any starter help is greatly appreciated.
