Help with March 03 RFE

I received RFE for my case and wife case (ND 3/21/03)
There are some minor differents in the names spelling (my first name, my last name, wife last name) in the birth certificates and marriage certificate comparer to the Passport and I-485 form. So INS is asking for explanation and to submit additional documents.
It is not possible for me to get new birth certificates or marriage certificate
Anyone had similar situations, or can refer me to any link or article or information that could be useful.

you could get affidavits to state that you are indeed the person to whom the birth and marriage certificates were issued and there was an error in spelling your name. run this by a lawyer mebbe they have other suggestions.
are you an NSC filer?

Yes I'm NSR filer
I think have to do affidavits as you mentioned

2nd FP 11/16/04 scheduled for 12/14/04
