Hello ,

My lawyer took back my labour application from the SF DOL before it was auto-remanded or rejected.

Now they applied my labour in non-RIR . With the new guidelines will the DOL ever reconsider my old application?

Has anyone been in this stage and got approved or DOL reconsidered their case?

I do not think anything can be done about it. But I wonder why did your lawyer do like this? Did you ask him for reasons?
 
He told that my case was not that strong and it can get rejected again. So it is better to file a new application in non RIR.
 
He is playing with you. If case was not strong last time - how can he/she make it strong enough this time? At the most it could have been remanded(if properly filed) and you would not have lost on priority dates.

Do you know you will loose another 3 (minimum) years for LC, if applied in SF?
