HELP WITH I-864A

I hope someone can help me with this.
My wife is filling for her mother to come to U.S but she is not making enough money that meets the poverty...so I decided to co-sponsor my mother in-law. My questions now are

1. The form 864A part 5. who is referred to as the sponsor? Would that me or the petitioner?
2.Form 864A part 6 who is considered to be the household member?
