I am USA citizen and I am filling I-130 for my mom

1. Question 1 it says Name (Family name in Caps) (First) (middle)

Do I have to write her name including her maiden name or just her last name?

2. Question 7 says Other names used (including maiden name)

In my country I used the last and maiden name, but when I move to USA I only have used my last name. Do I have to answer N/A or just write my name plus my maiden name?

3. My mom is her country I want that she lives with me.

Do I have to fill another form asking for her resident now or I have to wait until she comes here and then apply?

Thanks!!!

1.- Family Name, First, Middle. (maiden is not asked, is it?)

2.- All other names, used in all other countries, so yes, include the maiden name.

3.- She is not coming to the US until she gets her immigrant visa, for now, I-130 and G-325a (two of these) will do.

Thanks for your answer.
In answer 2 you said that I have to put my maiden name, so here my name is my first and my last name, over there was the same first and last name but we use the maiden name as part of the name.

1. Do I have to submit any documentation showing that? If yes, what kind of documentation can I use?

2. What about my mom? She has never changed her name. Do I have to write her name but adding her maiden name in question 7?

3. Question 15 says Name and address of present employer

Is it for the petitioner or for the beneficiary?

1) you don't need documentation. You need to list ALL of the names ever used and all variations thereof
2) if she never changed her name, she'd still be using her maiden name.
3) this question is in Column C, referring to your relative.
