help with i-130

Hey everyone,

I am AOS, married my husband USC in dec 2005 getting ready to send the forms in.
I have one dilemma in I-130 - question 14b
My husband is a USC, he got his citizenship through marriage, he got married in 1996 and got his citizenship in 1999, he divorced in 2002. Is question 14 b for him as a USC or is it only for permanent residents? If it is for him I need to check "yes", right?

I believe that as a USC questions regarding "Legal Permenant Residents" are not for him, despite the fact that he previously was one. The only relevant question to answer is that he got his USC through naturalization.

So he can leave 14a as "N/A" and 14b blank.
