Help with filling out the G325A form with Fiance petition

I need some help. My fiance is a US citizen and is going to apply for a fiance petition. I need to fill out the G-325A forms and send it to her. Now I have filled all the form but there is a box about which i am confused about. It says:

This form is subitted in connection with application for. There are three options here

Naturalization
Status as permanenet Resident
Other (Specify)

Should I check the status as permanenent resident box or the other(specify) box and write with it (Petition for Alien Fiance).

If any of you can clear this i would be grateful. I have to send the documents in a few days so it will help if anyoneof you can reply quickly.

Don't want to give you the wrong info and really would not want anyone else to do the same. So to be sure have your fiance call the 800 # on the application and ask them how and what is the correct way to fill out that question. Also please print out clear and follow the instruction, otherwise it can take longer. Good luck
