My I140 is approved (Priority date 09/2005). I filed I485 in 07/2007, which is currently pending. As per VISA bulletin my date is current since July 2010 (EB2 India).
Based on Infopass and SR response (in July 2010), I came to know that they had assigned me wrong A# (assigned A# to my I140 and I485 belong to another guy with approved petition whose name was exactly same as mine....my bad luck). Anyway, they fixed that problem and assigned me new A#.
I opened another SR this month and got the answer that my priority date is NOT current, which obviously incorrect.
Obviously, I'm very frustrated
and do not know what to do. Any suggestion would be helpful.
