I am in US on a L1-A Valid visa
I came to US on this Visa in oct 2004 through a Blanket petition
(At that time Blanket petition required overseas stay of min 6 months)
I was employed overseas for 9 months by the same firm before my transfer to US.
My employer wants to file for my GC -Foll is my dilema :
Q1) Can I file through EB1 and can anyone suggest a good law firm for my case ? The firm's prefered vendor is taking way too long and i have management approval to go with a registered firm
Q2) If Q1 is not possible, Can I work overseas for the same firm for 3 additional months and complete the requirement ?
Q3) can I etain my L1-A visa while being employed by my overseas entity for 3 months ?
This Forum is my only Hope , so Please HELP !
