Help with AP

Help me out here.
My Advanced Parole has been approved on 4/21/03 but
my wife's AP is still pending.
RD: 2/20/03
ND: 3/17/03
# EAC-03-125-52XXX

My wife needs to travel to India soon.
Is it possible that she can go to local office in
Newark and freshly apply for AP ?

In that case what documents are required alogwith the
application?
Here is my list of docs
1. I-131
2. photos 2
3. Fees
4. I485 receipt
5. Copy of passport and I-94

I forgot to mention that my wife's AP is pending with VSC.

Is it possible to re-apply at Newark NJ office (local)
