Help with AP filing

Hi

I have few more questions regarding AP filing for whole family

(a) When we file for AP do we staple the document or just leave them seperate (dont staple them)

(b) Is there any Cover letter sample in which I can use to summarise all my families three AP application, that I want to send in a SINGLE ENVELOPE

(C) WHICH is best and FASTEST and RELIABLE way to send AP applications to TSC. FEDEX or CETRIFIED PRIORITY MAIL?

(d) What is the mailing address for TSC AP applications

a) I used a clip
b) search this forum, there is a sample cover letter
c) If you use other than UPS than the address is different, so use either UPS next-day express or priority mail.
d) The address should be in the PDF document - I-765
