Help with a sugesstion please

I have an H4-H1 B stamped on my passport which was valid from Oct2001-Sep2003. There on I have a approved H1B extension application with me whihc is not yet stamped as I have not left the country for 3 years now.

My Labor for GC got approved a few months back and I am yet to file the I-140 application. I was on H1 B from Feb 2002 onwards by my payrol started and company's appointment letter appoints me starting May 2002 onwards. the gap of 2 months between my H1 stampming and Payrol starting seems like out of status. Is that true? What can I do so that it does not hinder in getting a Green Card.

Please don't mind, but you question is not clear enough that someone can help. Mention clearly
1> when you enterd the US
2> what status you enterd in (H1/H4)
3> Your passport is stamped with H1 or H4
.... etc.
People will be glad to help.
