HELP ! Where to send all these forms ? I'm confused

Hello there.
I'm actually not hiswife, but her husband, who's filing I-485 and I-765 while she's concurrently filing I-130.
The confusion starts when it comes to the important question where to send those files.
I-765 says Chicago lockbox
I-485 says local INS, which is in our case Portland, ME
I-130 says Vermont lockbox
On the other hand, I think I recall having read something about sending them all to one place, which would make more sense to me, if only I knew to which place. Should I just randomly pick one out of the blue ?

Am I just too stupid to read those instructions properly ?
I'd appreciate any suggestions
