Help: what should I do?

Guys:

I got voice response from FBI saying they don't have database record for name check status. While VSC told me my file is only pending becuase of name check. Any similar experince? what Should I do ?

I140&485 concurently: March 2003.
I140 AD: November 2004.
 
Sent a fax/priority mail to VSC with the FBI reply. Also call up customer service and let them know this.
