Help, What does this message mean

The message of my case status was changed recently, so does my wife,

Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been
completed. Your USCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is
ready.

Does anybody know what it means, I am EB3 in VSC and my PD is not current yet, thanks

It does look like approval, but if your PD is not current, it is a mistake.
