Hi,

I am planning to use AC21 and currently based in california and will be taking job in verginia.

What do I need from existing employer? Can I changed the lawyer for I485 so that I and new lawer will get notice...

Any other thing to consider?

Thank You

U have to take all the papers from ur prev employer or Lawyer and give it to the new Lawyer then only the new lawyer will have grip on ur case!!

------ I-485 filing reciept, if possible try to get the approved LC copy particulary Form ETA 750A becase on this form in item 13 .are your skills written(lawyer may not give you without permission of employer)
Can I changed the lawyer for I485 so that I and new lawer will get notice...
-------------- you should do that and also update your address on Pending i-485 with USCIS, you have to update service centerwith lette and also call up NCSC1-800 (filing form AR11 will not change your address on pending petitions with USCIS
Any other thing to consider?
----------- ask the new employer if they are ready to give you permanent job offer letter with same/similar job duties
Thank You
