Hello All,
I have an approved I 140 and I 485 is pending with VSC since last 3 months. Just completed fingerprinting one month ago.
Per the AC 21 106 (c) that I downloaded from www.isn.org, the immigrant petition remains valid
a) if the form I 485 has been filed and remained unadjudicated for more than 180 days.
b) new jobis in the same or similar classification as the job for which certification of approval was obtained.
Currently, Its has become very difficult for me to work with my present boss and I am forced to seek another job.
Since the I 485 petition will surey take more than 180 days to get adjudicated ( meaning more than 3 more months in my case for I485 to be pending for 180 days)
CAN I CHANGE JOBS NOW ??
WHERE DO I FIND THE AC21 Application ?
