what are earning statements? is it pay-stubs or the cancelled checks.
please hlp on this issue.

kiran, please could you tell me how is pay-stub like. i mean is it a cancelled check or is it a seperate record that an employer keeps for the employees. i\'m asking this because my employer is giving me hard-time giving them to me and he is putting me on unreasonable delays. man... i don\'t know if i would ever be able to get out of this freaking process.
