Hi everyone,
I am currently in the US on the visa waiver program (from australia) and i still have around 45 days left on it. My girlfriend (US Citizen) and i have recently been married here in california and now we need to know what to do in order to get me a Green Card/Social Security Number/Drivers Licence and all that. We have been together for a number of years and i dont think we will have any problems proving our love.
I don't even know where to start so all the information/time/costs etc...involved would be great. If anyone can make up a checklist of forms that need to be completed would be so handy. Also do we need to get a lawyer to help us get it done?, because that is more expenses we can't really afford right now.
