I had applied for US Student VISA twice and both times it got refused under section 24B (at this point of time could not remember the clause). During both of my applications, I was employed with an organization but I had not disclosed this information to the VISA officer. I had mentioned that I am helping my father in his business.
After six months my organization had planned to send me to US on H1 VISA. The H1 was processed by my organization.
At the consulate, once again my VISA was refused. This time they pulled out my previous application forms and compared with my H1 papers. They found that when I had applied for the Student VISAs I was employed in this organization but this information was not provided to the VISA officer. Rather, the information provided was not correct. Due to this they had refused my application and cancelled my H1 with clause 6C1. It said that I would never be provided with any US VISA.
Now, few years have passed since this incident took place. I was misguided by some people then and had suppressed that information. Had, I would have provided this information I feel all this would have never occurred. Anyway, I had committed a mistake and I had to pay for it.
I would like to approach the Consulate once again and would request or rather plead if they could forgive me. Will this work out? If yes, can anyone guide me on how to proceed.
