Help Using Vsc Avm

Can somebody tell me how do I enter my case or A number via a touchtone phone with the VSC AVM? I appreciate your responses.

I thought they were some special sequence of keys you had to enter to get the EAC. Didn't know it was so easy. Finally got through and discovered that an RFE was issued on my I140. So I am awaiting it in the mail to see what that is all about. Thanks for your help.
