I think That's the issue.
 
Phone status checking also has glitches

I called USCIS to confirm status of my I-485 case and just got a message stating that due to technical issues my account cannot be accessed. As long as they did not lose all my information, I am happy !
 
I think USCIS's tester for this page is also in EB3 que.
either he is too frusterated to work properly, or has already left for canada. ;)
 
anybody who fixes the code might as well just set status for their own GC processing to 'approved'. might as well take advantage of the situation, no?
assuming the coder is foreigner with GC process.
 
No. Testing has been offshored already. Probably it is a fellow WHO USED TO BE in EB3 India and now are giving us a bad time directly from his cubicle in in New Delhi.

The real story

X was hired on contract via a Desi company to work on USCIS web pages. X changed jobs, under AC21. However, the new company did not pay X the prevailing wages. X complained to USCIS about this. USCIS issued an RFE to the new company. New company pulled the plug on X. X pulled the plug on the code ... now USCIS has to advertise the job for X, hire X back in as a full-time employee etc. However, X's H1 expired last week and the driving license could not be renewed either. Thus, X has to return now to the home country.


Let us all pray for X's speedy return.

Only X can save us now.
