Hello there, I have been living in UK since 2002 on student visa I am an Indian citizen, presently my wife is in USA she holds a green card and she is eligible to apply for citizenship in the month of January 2008. I want to visit my wife , her uncle is willing to sponsor me as he is an US citizen can any one tell me what document do I and my wife’s uncle have to provide in the consulate, tough I am not working in the UK I have roughly 2500 pounds in my account, do I have to show the amount in my account too if my uncle is sponsoring my visit ,your advise is much appreciated thank you in advance

B1/B2 Visitors do not need sponsorship.

You will have to apply for a visitor visa at the consulate (they may actually entertain your petition at the UK Embassy for the US). Showing ties to UK.

How is it that your wife is pregnant and you are all the way in UK? why didn't you get a GC along with her? explain more of the situation.
