I just received this letter in the mail today, please review the attached letter and notice the date on it. It says i have an appointment on the end of March.
I had an infopass appointment on the 6th of this month but the IO never told me i had an appointment, all she could tell me that my name check hasn't been cleared yet
can you all believe that? so it's not showing on the system that i have an appointment set?
and why did it take over 1 month to get here? is anybody familiar with this letter? and what is that " video tapped " all about? can you guys explain to me exactly what i need to do i just don't want to mess up.
