Help urgent!!! Reg: H4 querries...

Hi all,
I've been to India and got married there.I've been in India for 4 months. I have applied for h4 for my wife .Now I got a letter saying that I have to show chennai consulate the following:

1. provide 6 months worth of bank statements for u and if applicable your spouse

2. principal applicants tax returns for entire time in US

3. photos oh principal applicants workplace in the united states

4.photocopies of the last six months of pay stubs for principal applicant

I do not have pay stubs since six months, I have w2 tax returns for my complete two years.this year w2 is week due to 6 months off the project.I just came down here to USA to get project through my employer.Can any one tell me what to do from here:confused:
 
Your case looks tough

1. Since you have lived in India for 4 months, you could produce a letter from your employer that you were on unpaid leave for personal reasons (marriage)
2. Provide photocopies of whatever W-2 you have.
3. Draft a nice covering letter stating that you were in India on paid leave ( this is in addition to the letter you get from your employer) and hence you do not have paystubs however, you do have paystubs prior to that period and also paystubs after you came back to to USA (hope you have current paystubs, this will make you case stronger)
4. you can take photographs of your current work place that should not be a problems.
5. Hope you bank statements after coming abck to US shows your salary details. This will really help.

Right now I am doing what ever you've said.Only thing is the bank statements, I've two accounts in different banks the total balance is less than $10,000. I have cash which is yet to be deposited in my bank. Does this current balance be any problem for me? If it is a problem when can I reapply the H4 again

The reason for bankstatements are as follows:

To ensure that you have funds/balance in your account.
To ensure you are getting paid by the company.
You can deposit the cash you have on hand.
produce the bank statements from both the banks
 
Both Bank statements should be good.
Especially it would be helpful if you have direct deposit for your salary either now or in the past since that would be more clear about your being paid.
Deposit the cash and send the new statement.
Reapplying again later wont be a problem, but you might want to finish the matter once for all now.
