Help URGENT passport might be lost !!

I had send my old passport to San Fransisco consulate for renewal..They renewed and send it back friday evening by AIRBORNE Express..The morons at AIRBORNE instead of sending it from San Fransisco to Burbank ( Los Angeles ) send it to Honolulu HI ....Airborne detected the mistake and resend the package from Honolulu to Burbank on saturday and I still haven\'t received it....They tell me to wait till tomorow ( wed ) ..any experience like this...worst if i loose my passport what should i do ???

Debo_nair...I think you should just be patient. I had had Airborne/FedEx physically retrieve a package from someone\'s home because it was delivered to the wrong addres. It should get to you in a day or two.
