HELP!! UK Visit Visa (tourist) problem with Greencard

What does this has to do here in section for "Life after greencard"? This is clearly between you as Indian citizen and the UK. As far as I know, your U.S. green card is not important for UK visit visa. However ...
1) I wouldn't be afraid about that
2) I'm layman, but I strongly believe there is not international database where countries would put such data. This is between you and Canada.

I think you'll be ok. THey can see you made a mistake with your wife's birth date and can reference her passport.

Actually, it is relevant. A US green card improves one's chances of obtaining a UK visa, compared to having a temporary work or student visa.

I don't know, but your case was abandoned, not denied on the merits of it. So don't worry about it. If they find out about it, you can explain that you abandoned it.1. Is Canadian Permanent residency considered a 'visa' for UK immigration purposes?

After getting my US student visa F1 in 1999, I applied for UK visa for a 10 day visit to UK before traveling to US. The UK visa officer asked me if I will go on visit visa to UK and then settle in UK. I asked her 'Are you joking? I have a student visa to US.'. She smiled and gave me single entry UK visit visa.
