HELP: travelling on parole after fingerprinting done but 485 pending?

Hello friends and gurus,
my gc was filed in EB3 catagory. 140 was approved in june 2004 and 485/EAD/AP was filed in Aug 2004. finger printing is scheduled for 2nd April and i have to go to india in May 2nd week. I am scared if i can travel on parole after fingerprinting is done. I heard there could be problems if i am outside the country and my 485 gets approved and GC arrives ? (Is it this simple ? does Eb3 priority dates retrogation impacts my case since my 140 is already approved in june 2004?

You can use your AP(unexpired) to enter US even if your GC was approved. No problem in that.

What is your PD? Retrogression depends on your PD.
 
Thanks much guys. So i will be allowed to re-enter US on AP even if 485 got approved while i am out of US. Thats a relief to hear.

I am not sure what is Priority date, my GC is filed under EB3 so i guess its the date when my labor application was filed right? I dont know exact date but it was sometimes in July 2003. Does Eb3 retrogation apply to my case? My 140 was approved in june 2004 and 485 was filed after 140 approval in Aug 2004.
