Help.Time-Frame for DOL to Issue a Certified copy of Labor Certification.

Gurus,

My Petition is applied with pre-approved Labor.Unfortunately the Original Approval Notice is Lost and the petition was filed on the basis of a Photo-Copy.

Now the USCIS has informed us after an RFE, that it is going to make a Demand with DOL(Philadelphia Center) for Certified Copy of the Labor Certification. Whats the Timeframe for the USCIS to get the same from DOL? In other words how much time does DOL take to issue a Certified copy to the USCIS once they receive such a Request/Demand from USCIS?

Gurus, any takers for this question? I will also probably in the same situation within few months.

Same situation here. Applying with a lost labor certificate. Also using labor substitutuion. Any idea how long it takes Department of Labor to issue a duplicate labor certificate
 
I have more info,

As per my Research, it will take anything from 3 Months to 2 Years to get this one. It depends on your luck.

My sincere advise is not to go for this option but to try for another labor as per the Perm Process , as it will be done within 3 months.
