Help, the spouse of asylee still in pending can apply for work permit?

Yes you can apply after 150 days and I believe you gonna get it when you get your 180 days mark, but im not sure.

Send her EAD application + receipt notice of the asylum application "that has been pending for 150 days or more"

if her name is not in the receipt notice, feel free to attach a copyto the second page of the asylum application, that shows her as an applicant too. it is an optional thing since they already know she is on a pending asylum application from her A#, but it's better to be clear with USCIS.

Of course remember that you/she don't have to send EAD fees since it is for free.
