Help!!! switching Employer

Hi,

Here is my case, I-140 approved, I-485 > 180 days

I have decided to change my employer, my job title in LC says "Systems Analyst", title with the new company is S/W QA Engineer, the job description is similar with 90% match, will this be a problem?? please respond.

Secondly, do I need to file for AC-21 or not? what are the pros and cons? can I disclose it later (if need be)?
My lawyer responded to our I-485 RFE on Oct 20, the RFE was about EVL and pay stubs, EVL was given by my previous emloyer, on Oct 26th I recieved a e-mail stating CIS have received response to the RFE.

Please throw light on the above issues.

------- title is not givem much importance, job duties should be same/similar on future permanent job offer letter from new company to use AC21

-------I prefer to file AC21 becase if they send RFE then they ask long list of documents
can I disclose it later (if need be)?

--------- in this case yourI-485 may be approved for past employer, if you want to use AC21 send the update to USCIS so that they should approve your I-485 for new employer and inform the service center that you want to use AC21, attach the new company job offer letter+ your intent change letter+ copy of I-485 filing reciept or take the help of your lawyer or new company lawyer
