Help: Substitute Labor(original Missing)

Hello everyone,
Quick question regarding the substitute labor as my H1 time is getting over now. Description and skill set matches exactly with what i have in the substitute labor.But the original labor is lost and company has a copy of the labor.ETA 750/ETA 750b.Can i apply for I140/485 without the copy of original labor?Pls clarify.

Earlier I140 has been DENIED FOR THIS LABOR bcos of the financial strength.Pls advice on what needs to be taken care of.

----- Go to good lawyer and first seek advice if you qualify to use that LC for substitution, go with your all education evaluation, degree, past EXP certificates and LC copy. He can give you better advice

-------- it seems risky I hope the USCIS has record that this company was unable to pay the wages as on LC and were not able to prove the ability to pay. If I am in your situation I will try to find approved LC from good company.
My intention is not to discourage you, if you feel that company has earned enough in past and can prove with financial documents then go ahead after meeting good knowledgeable lawyer. LC substitution is tricky and better good lawyer should handle it
