Hi...I'm wondering about my situation. I've been married to a US citizen for 8 yrs, with 1 daughter (2 yr old), both are US citizen. However, I haven't applied for a green card yet. I hold a B1/B2 visa which is valid until Dec 2009. I've been staying in the US for like 8 months now (got a I-94 extension), about to go back home for 1 month, then try to come back to the US again. My POE will be Seattle, WA. I'm just wondering if this situation will raise a red flag for the immigration officer in seattle. I always go back n forth (backhome - US) for the past 8 yrs, but never stayed for 8 months at a time n try to go back again after only 1 month. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
